In the course of managing this portfolio, we have developed expertise in property marketing and management, real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, project leasing, trust and estate planning, and civic leadership.
Projects
We consult with individuals and organizations to help make them more effective.
As stakeholders in the places where we live and work, we feel a responsibility to serve our neighbors through community investment, civic engagement, and support of nonprofits. The skills we’ve developed in investment management have enabled us to serve as successful stewards of community-based projects.
Property
We acquire and manage real estate for lease, sale, development, and community benefit.
We work to complement and improve our surrounding communities and grow our portfolio. A shared focus on people, profit and the responsible operation of our properties is an essential facet of our investment strategy and civic consciousness.
Frank Donnelly
President
Frank started his career with Kensinger Donnelly (then Kensinger & Company) in 2004, learning the business from the ground up as a property manager. For 15 years, Frank worked with his mentor, former business partner, and friend Stuart Kensinger. Together, Frank and Stuart grew Kensinger Donnelly into a mission-based company, serving its communities while growing its portfolio.
Today, Frank is President of Kensinger Donnelly, overseeing strategic planning, investments, financing, investor relations, tax and estate planning, real estate operations, development, leasing, and community service. Frank’s personal passion of civic engagement and leadership is reflected in the service projects that Kensinger Donnelly pursues. Throughout Frank’s growth with the company, his favorite part of his job has remained developing relationships with the company’s diverse base of tenants and service providers.
Frank received a BA in Economics and Spanish from Rice University in 2004.
Frank currently serves on the boards of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #1, Grand Mission Municipal Utility District #2, and River Oaks Chamber Orchestra.
